Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with the earrings purchased from us. Please be advised that all sizes of our products are available on our website within the product description. We do accept, however, that it is sometimes hard to judge these sizes without a photo reference. Having taken this comment, and others similar, on board we are working on producing model images for all of our items so that our customers are better able to judge products before buying them. Further, please note that we do accept returns of items so long as they are unworn. Once again we apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience caused by this matter.
