Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise that you were unhappy with the earring purchased from us. Please be advised that the Swarovski Double Studs purchased are made with precision-cut Swarovski crystals, as you mention was within the product description. Our packaging for all of our jewellery is the Silver by Mail jewellery pouch, care card, chocolate and box but at this time we do not provide any further information on our products. We apologise that this was expected and have informed the relevant department so that they can look into whether this is something we can provide in the future.

Please be advised that if, at any time, you are unhappy with an item purchased from us. we do accept returns for refund within 14 days so long as the item is unworn. If you still have the product and it remains unworn we would be able to offer an exchange for you in place of an alternative item.
