Dear Mrs Benyon, thank you for your feedback. We apologise that you were disappointed with the service provided to you regarding your recent purchase of the Sweet Evolution Pendant (Leather Thong). We note that this became damaged within a week of your receipt of the item. Following email correspondence with you we note that you did wear this item in the shower. Please note that, as per our terms and conditions, “we recommend to remove our products when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work”. The matter was referred to our Managing Director for you and you were offered two additional leather straps to be dispatched out to you, free of charge, as well as an offer of a 50% discount on a curb chain for the pendant, should you wish. We note that we are yet to receive a reply from you regarding this matter.
