Excellent all round from website to delivery

Lovely bracelet - ordered on behalf of my son for his girlfriend who adores the gift and the chocolate inside. Delivery was very quick, excellent service and the website has a lot of choice.

Products fine, poor customer service

Ordering was fine but delevery was problematic and customer services did not seem to understand what was going on as responses to questions were poor.
