I think everything you need to investigate is included in my review. We have used Shuttle Direct many times before including in Paphos through MTS Mantovani, and had no causes for complaint, but this was unacceptable for a number of reasons. 1. Driver was late on both transfers. Over half an hour late at the airport. 2. Driver did not read the paperwork I gave him properly and promptly got us lost 3. Despite the driver taking us on a wild goose chase, the Paphos office blamed me for getting us lost in HIS country 4. I was the only man in the party and had to load 5 suitcases and a wheel chair into the car because the driver said he had a bad shoulder. If so, he was clearly unfit for work and they should have sent someone else. During our 14 day stay, we ordered a taxi many times and none of them had any problem finding where we were staying. I don't see why it was such a problem for your driver.
