You renewed my insuranc and took your payment without asking my permission. No prior notification beforehand.

Hi Mr Calthorpe. You pay for your policy by direct debit via instalments and this automatically renewed for your protection to ensure continuity of cover unless you tell us otherwise or cancel your direct debit.
