Thank you for your review, although we do think that the review is somewhat unfair. Owing to the new EPP legislation that became law in July 2018 and is clearly explained on our website before you make a purchase, it is now illegal for us to send you a motorcycle battery with a separate acid pack and it is illegal for you to possess the acid. The penalties are very severe. To this end and in the knowledge that we have to fill and charge motorcycle batteries, we quote a 3 to 4 day delivery time for all batteries that need to be filled and charged. Your order was received at 7.30pm on Tuesday 8 January. We processed the order on Wednesday 9 January, filled the battery and charged it overnight. The battery was then shipped on Thursday 10 January. Bearing in mind the constraints placed upon us by the authorities, it would not have been possible to ship the battery any sooner than we did. You contacted us at 9am on Friday 11 January to enquire as to the status of your order and we replied via email within 8 minutes to confirm that the battery had been shipped the day before and that you should receive the battery today (Friday 11 January). You were also provided with the FedEx tracking number in order that you could see the progress of your delivery. We can see from the information supplied by FedEx that the battery was delivered to the Front Desk of your work address shortly before 4pm on Friday 11 January. You have then given us a poor review on Sunday 13 January, despite the delivery of the ordered product being made well within the timescale quoted & signed for on Friday 11th January. This is why we think that your review is unfair & we would appreciate it if you would consider writing a revised review. We look forward to your response
