Thanks for your review. We are aware that from time to time there are issues and difficulties with deliveries and we thought we’d respond to your comment regarding DHL. We measure DHL’s performance and they currently operate at a success rate of 99.4%. This is not to say that from time to time there have been issues, however this performance is light years’ better than other couriers that we have used in the past – mentioning no names. It should be mentioned that we are restricted as to the couriers we can work with owing to the nature of batteries and that we have to have our packaging solutions checked and approved.
