we've tracked your package and it's indicating that the package was delivered on August 18th. Can you confirm that you've received the package? You can see the tracking information here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tRef=fullpage&tLc=1&text28777=&tLabels=9114901230801863801735 In terms of time frame: you placed the order on August 3rd, and delivery was August 18th, which is 11 business days.
