Quick and efficient dealing with all aspects of the booking. Very useful app covering most things you'd find helpful. Need a small change to the directions to the villa. Would use again

The pool and grounds are indeed stunning at Casa Querce. The villa itself is equally lovely but thank you for comments regarding the cutlery etc and we will be sure to address this.

Villa Filippa is a beautiful villa and is as described on our website nestled on a hillside, therefore some 'hilly' walks are to be expected. The benefit of a hillside location is as you mentioned; the stunning view! We're sorry to hear you experienced some mouse droppings during your stay. Sadly, due it's rural location this can happen, although very rarely which is reflected in the other reviews having no mention of this. We have been made aware that the owners have since resolved the issue. We are so pleased you otherwise loved the villa.
