Very smooth and communication was very good. Our Boa Vista rep, Wanda, was delightful, informative, highly intelligent and fun: there was nothing you couldn't ask her.

Staff at The Cape Verde Experience were very good. Tracey, the rep at the hotel was freely available and always helpful. The staff in England were also unfailingly polite and really helpful on the phone. We didn't need to take beach towels, as advised, because towels were provided by the hotel.
Everything well organised and rep on hand in hotel every morning offering advice about trips, prices, tours etc. Great to have reserved seats on flight too.
