Thank you for your feedback.
I can see your last order was sold as collection at the venue due to both the proximity of the event and because you had booked an offer where the seats were allocated on arrival. The majority of tickets we sell are despatched to the customer either via post, or email if the print at home ticket is available.

Generally good but i see booking fees going up all the time and so i generally book direct with the venue as much as i can thereby cutting out ticket agencies such as yourselves
