Your tickets were print at home therefore you were not charged a
transaction fee. I am sorry your experience of the online contact from was not positive. We strive to make it as customer friendly as possible and your comments have been passed to the relevant department.

Thank you for your feedback. The TicketPlan cover that we offer has an opt in tick box which is completely separate on the booking page to the terms and conditions for the tickets. The information next to the tick box clearly states that it will protect you against cancellation resulting from accidents and unexpected illness, with a link to the full, detailed terms and conditions.
