We are very sorry to hear if the booking process was not as smooth as you would have expected. We have investigated the reason for the initial cancellation which arose as a result of the number of the party reducing which in turn led to the allocation changing. The date was then rescheduled due to aforementioned allocation changing.
We understand one of our group department agent's did advise of the allocation change by means of a voice mail but if this was not picked up nor fully explained then we offer our sincere apologies.
We are of course glad to hear the second booking was more successful.
