Service is no existent if you need to contact them!
You could improve by actually replying to contact emails within your promised time frame of 72hrs.
I have been charged twice for tickets in July and despite emailing you more than once , still...

Hello,
We can see your duplicate booking was refunded in full so we apologies if you found our email turnaround anything other than expedient. The refund was issued on 5th August and all refunds clear in no more than 3 - 5 days.
