Hello, Very disappointed to read your review we must say. Regarding any fees attributed to a booking with us we would stress these are made visible at point of purchase so if you feel these are in any way too high, you are not obliged to proceed with the booking. Also very sorry to hear you felt the staff on site were anything less than fantastic, please be aware we as ticket agents have no say over the staffing however.
