Hi Sorry you thought the delivery was slow - we actually closed for Christmas on the 20th December and reopened on 2nd January which was when we dispatched your order.

No reference to when you were closing for Christmas was noted on your online checkout so a customer can only assume normal shipping times apply

Reliable, quality salon wear company
Excellent service. I had to refund one tunic as too small, but refund was very quick, and the bigger tunic was sent out very quickly.

I am sorry you are not happy with the sizing.
We have refunded the cost of the tunics but due to the value of the order, there was no postage for you to pay to send it out to you.
Our terms and conditions do state that you will need to pay to return any items to us and it is not down to us as to how much you pay to send it back to us.
if you would like to email me to advise where we have taken more money i can look into this for you
