So sorry your metal bird arrived in that way . We take great pride in packaging products appropriately. Unfortunately the sticker is applied by the supplier before the product reaches us but I can understand how frustrating it can be when stickers are hard to remove. I'm aware that this was an item reduced in the sale so it may have been on our shelves for some time but we would still not want it to arrive with you in a dusty condition.
