Our technician report confirms he did not know how to rectify the issues raised as every time he used the recliner action it worked perfectly. This seems to be an intermittent fault and our customer service team are in the process of arranging for an electrical specialist from the supplier to inspect your chair, and will be in contact in the next few days to arrange a convenient time to visit.
