We do apologise for the problem found with your goods on delivery and the delay in subsequent replacement. Whilst we endeavoured to obtain your replacement quicker unfortunately the delivery date was beyond our control. I note you changed the delivery date originally arranged and apologise if this was inconvenient for you. We try to accomodate particular requests as far as possible but do have certain restrictions with regard to areas and this may have been the case when rearranging your delivery.
