I made an order for pickup in the Rose Street store by around midnight on the 23rd of December and they had my 3 New Year's cigars waiting for me boxed that same day. Great service.

I know the quality of the product, cheap cigars from Dutch, but poor delivery time. I ordered on 23rd December, and I received on 3 January. I sent 2 emails, no response. I guess Christmas time plays...
