Over charged. I`m only part time no problems yet my premiums shot.

Yes value the customer and always make a customer feel important. I was told nothing he could do about the premium shooting up and confirmed many others would have been cheaper out there 30% more...

Perceived lack of knowledge... and disappointing customer service/support!
