I always enjoy getting your catalogue and looking at it. I often buy Christmas and other presents from it. I have never had a problem before, but I was disappointed with the Posy tunic, with the fact that you hadn't bothered to describe it properly, and with the response when I tried to find a replacement that would fit. The customer service people were pleasant and willing, but it proved impossible to find out the true sizing of the smaller tunics. What is more, the first time I rang up I pointed out a problem with the telephone line, ie when I dialled the number there was complete silence, no ring tone, such that my initial thought was that there was something wrong with my telephone. Only when I'd dialled carefully several times did it occour to me to hold on and wait until an answerphone message kicked in, and sure enough it did, but by then many people would have given up. Although I reported this on my first call, it had not been fixed when I made my last call about 4 days later.
