We note your comments regarding Ryanair and are sorry to hear that your flight experience did not meet the same standards as the rest of your holiday. As an airline operating extensively across Europe, Ryanair serves many regional airports and routes which provide convenient travel options for our guests. We do, however, offer departures from a range of regional airports where available, allowing guests to choose the option that best suits their preferences at the time of booking. We were, however, sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the disruption to the itinerary. As communicated by our Guest Relations team, the changes to your cruise, including missed ports, excursions and transfer arrangements, were necessitated by exceptionally low water levels on the river. Unfortunately, river conditions are beyond Riviera Travel's control and can require operational changes at short notice to ensure the safety of guests, crew and vessels. As outlined in our booking conditions, itineraries may be amended in such circumstances. We appreciate that these changes affected your overall enjoyment of the holiday and that you were disappointed with the communication surrounding the revised arrangements. Any updates regarding the itinerary were provided as information became available from the relevant authorities and local operators, and we regret that the disruption impacted your experience.
