Hi Ethan, We are sorry you are unhappy, we are too, but commercially we were losing money on every Australian number we supplied and needed to change our pricing model to cover our costs & stay in business. The change only effects new orders and not existing orders and only applies to our Australian numbers. I believe you have had excellent customer service and the product meets your every need with all that it offers, you are simply unhappy we have been forced to raise prices - not sure this constitutes 1 star, but I'll leave that with you.
