Dear Mrs Stock We always allow time to get refreshments prior to shows in the West End where there are a variety of options within close provimity to the venues. However as the Royal Albert Hall is isolated without a range of facilities around we draw your attention to this fact on the confirmation of your booking and invite you to bring refreshments on the coach. Due to the isolated position, we therefore do not include an excessively long period prior to the 3pm performance.

Very good service.

Drivers and service amazing. Very friendly. Only thing that spoilt it was the actual market. Was not impressed. Brugge itself is beautiful, but market disappointing.

We booked months in advance so an email or text 1 or 2 days before, with a reminder/confirmation of the pickup time would have been appreciated, especially since the pickup time was 5:45am.
