The whole booking process was easy and when I phoned with regard to seating on the coach every thing was explained quickly. I cannot think of anything to improve on.

Very friendly customer service but could not confirm if our coach would have toilet facilities which was important to us.

We do aim to provide a toilet on every coach on our excursions, however if for any reason a coach has to be taken out of service it may be that it has to be substituted for one without. For that reason we cannot guarantee a toilet, however I don't believe we have sent a coach without a toilet out on an excursion during 2018.

If this was the case, we would try to incorporate a comfort stop on the journey if possible.
