They are quick to take payment, however I still have not received any feedback, let alone a completed resume from which I paid for. It has been over 3.5 weeks and they guarantee a 2-5 day return of...

Hi Tamie,
Your order was received on October 26th at 12:20 PM Eastern time and a completed resume was emailed to you on October 27th at 3:01 PM Eastern time! Our number is on our website: 1-866-466-3076 and is definitely in service and handling many calls each day!
My guess is that the emails we've sent you have routed to your JUNK MAIL folder on Hotmail. When you placed the order, we did post a large RED print warning advising you, as a hotmail user, that any correspondence we send you is likely to end up there. We did, however, also let you know that you can click "CUSTOMER LOGIN" on our site and download your resume there as well! It's been there for weeks....ready for you!
We'll give you a follow-up phone call shortly !

Shortly after writing such a negative review, I received a message from Andrew G. Understandably, his text tone was unhappy to say the least. However after communicating with Andrew it was found that for some reason, the messages never made it to my mail or junk mail and the number on the cc statement is an old number that had not been used in 10 years. He will look into that and get that updated.
I did not have the website due to the fact I searched so many resume writing groups. A message that my purchase was complete or resume was finished never came through my email. Hence the use of the information from my cc statement.
Andrew kindly gave me the information to the website so I could log in and review and download my resume- thank you Andrew!
The record on their website shows it was produced and sent within 3 days. They were able to encompass pertinent information and turn my 4 page resume into 2 with positive look to the eye and quick reader.
After realizing there was some systems error with messages and email- yes, their website warns about hotmail, however there was no mail that came through. I would rate this company at a high 4 and recommend there expertise.

Hi John,
I'm sorry that you're so dissatisfied with our service. I have reviewed your file and I see that we never even got the chance to do a resume for you! You had scheduled a career counseling session first by telephone and there.... apparently.... were two missed opportunities to connect. It seems the counselor's number appeared as "blocked" so you didn't answer or didn't get the call. You asked us to cancel the order and refund you and we did so immediately.
We are certainly open to ideas as to how we can give even better service and I do welcome you to call me personally at 352-250-4220. I would love an opportunity to show you just how wonderfully we can do your resume AND provide career counseling!
Sincerely,
Andrew Greenstein

You screwed up your chance. She never called as I would have received a notification of blocked call. She could have texted or emailed me but that did not happen. I received a text 2 hours after scheduled call. Only one call was scheduled. Not 2. Unprofessional. Poor communications. Would not recommend your company. Plus when you have issue you can't call a live person which is very frustrating.

Hi John,
Thank you for your business and for your follow-up review. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had any increase in interest from prospective employers since receiving your new resume. There are a number of possible reasons for this and I'd very much like to help you market your new resume in more strategic ways so that you can get called in for more interviews. Please contact me directly at andrew@resumewritinggroup.com
I look forward to helping you !
