I do show that at your request we revised your resume 3 times and then you thanked us for a "job well done." During our mutual review of those 3 drafts, neither yourself nor our writers caught any typographical errors. Later on, you realized that the name of a past employer had been misspelled...but since you originally provided it to us that way...and didn't catch it during the 3 revisions, there was obviously no reasonable way we could've possibly known.

The new resume we created for you is a substantial improvement over your original submission and dramatically re-created to be ATS-compliant. I am happy to review it line-by-line with you this week via telephone and...if need be...to have a 4th version created at your request.

Hi Melanie,

I'm very sorry to hear this but I'm confident we can help make it right! At no point have we told you that edits cost money. You are still well within the free revision period (as long as any changes don't rely on a ton of completely new information that wasn't originally submitted with your order). Simply let your writer know what changes you wish to have made or call or text me directly on my personal cell at 352-978-6122 and I'll help you out immediately.

I do show that we sent you a draft of your resume on 8/21 and you replied thanking us for it--- but requesting that we add your most recent job in---stating that we should've seen it on the 'old resume' you initially submitted when ordering. We explained that the version you had sent to us did not include the information you were referencing. Upon checking your computer, you realized --and admitted-- that you had sent us the wrong file. Nevertheless, we sent you this message:

"In order for me to now incorporate your new information, as a courtesy at no charge, please allow a few business days. "

...Only 1 business day later, we sent you a revised version of your resume including the new information you had just provided. We haven't heard from you since! So, I am admittedly a bit surprised to see a 1 star review from you...but am happy to make it right ! -- Please contact myself or your lead writer at your earliest convenience..

Dear Brandi,

I am very sorry to read this. I've spent the afternoon reviewing your old resume (the one you submitted to us), the work we did to create a new one, and all of the correspondence between yourself and our team. As this is a public forum which others will read in order to make a judgement, it's important that I clarify some things:

*The initial feedback you sent was a curt note telling the writer that all she had done after several hours of labor was to "cut & paste" your old resume into a format. The writer *did*reply to assure you that it wasn't a "cut & paste" (the new resume was worded very differently from your original submission) and then let you know that she would indeed make the revisions you requested at no additional charge. I'm very sorry if you feel that it was unprofessional to let you know that the work wasn't a cut-and-paste but this is really a matter of *fact* and not opinion. To accuse a writer of not doing their work and simply "cutting and pasting" your old resume to pass off as their own...would be quite serious! Below I have pasted a *random* excerpt from your resume "before" and "after." This excerpt seems representative of the entire document and as anyone can see, we certainly didn't "cut & paste" it-- The lead writer was simply reassuring you of that!

BEFORE:
Effectively sell and market audio, web & video conferencing services to prospective business customers through strategic partnership with a premiere Diamond client. Responsible for the sell-through and sell-with strategies for assigned partnerships, while managing relationships at all levels of the organization. Successfully deliver PGi's offerings and unique value-proposition via virtual presentations and onsite meetings. Head all phases of sales process from contract drafting, resource alignment, to solution delivery.

AFTER:
• Promote and sell cutting-edge audio, web & video conferencing services through strategic partnership with a premiere Diamond client and via dynamic sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Steer complete sales life cycle from contract preparation and resource allocation to timely solution delivery.
• Configure competitive yet profitable pricing proposals/responses for RFIs/RFPs to win new opportunities.
• Support strategic partners through effective deal structuring, project management, and service delivery.

*As soon as you sent your feedback, the lead writer also replied with " I will make your requested edits and re-send."--first thing in the morning on May 4, 2018 at 7:44AM EST....

*Late that afternoon, she sent you a revised copy and you sent no further feedback after that. No request from you has ever been denied (You wrote above that you felt she thought her "job was done"--but we haven't said that and you've never reached out w/ any other editing requests!). If there is still something about your new resume that you don't like it, let us know what it is--and will get to work on it right away!

*In late June, you reached out to us about the job-guarantee refund. As it turned out, we discovered a) that you were currently employed and b) that you didn't keep any receipts for your resume submissions! We certainly want our policies to be transparent.
