I have always dealt with the Renault dealership at East Bilney and they have always been very helpful. They know their product and what they don't know they are prepared to find out
They are very friendly and extremely helpful in the process of choosing and purchasing a new vehicle. This also includes dealing with technical questions. Thank you.
Not very good. Upto the collection of the car was OK but the collection was delayed &took an hour. The car was recalled for additional work which should have been done before collection

Good customer service. Helpful to work out a good deal for my new Captur.
They have tried to help. However, the words, they are all like that ring in my ears. Engine hesitation and bodywork come to mind. Dealer has been perfect with all, strictly minor, complaints.
