When a client signs up with us, they get a welcome email asking them to email us two identification documents. This is required by law. We do not upload files to individual accounts nor add them to any secondary file.

We send an automated email as soon as a purchase is made. Sometimes these emails, being commercial emails, go into clients' spam folders or do not arrive at all, due to the anti-spam settings of the client's email provider.

The email asks for proof of ID and a separate proof of forwarding address.  Once we receive a client's valid proof of ID and forwarding address we then activate the account.

This is usually done within two working days maximum. It can often be done the same working day. It just depends on how quickly the client can get back to us and if the documents are in order.

I understand from our support staff that we have received your emails and that we have sent emails to you, which you appear to have not received. Your account is set up on our system.
