It was extremely misleading I purchased the mail forwarding pack only to be told this was only for HMRC and companies house It's a typical low grade ploy companies using small print to nick money...

For a fee of £32.88 Registered Address Limited offered to form a UK limited company, print and post copies of the Incorporation and Share Certificates, provide Registered Office and Director's Service Addresses and forward any HMRC or Companies House letters subsequently received, free, for one year. The company formation page states this quite clearly.

This is an inexpensive way for small businessmen to form a company and get the official letters generated by so doing.

I regret we cannot offer to forward, for free, any and all subsequent mail generated by ordinary business usage of our address. That would not be economic.

Well you should make it clear not just say free 12 post forwarding included otherwise people will actually believe you (as I did) without reading the small print then receiving an email saying you have post you need to pay ** we hold post for 28 days then send it back

Companies House, the UK company registrar, only operates 9 - 5, Monday - Friday. Their staff reviews each company formation submission, to check that it is acceptable.

This means that it can take up to 24 hours in the working week for a company to be formed, depending on Companies House workload and staffing levels.

As your company formation was submitted late Friday, the formation could only be finalised the following Monday, during office hours.

And to know this I have to contact support? Can't you just mention somewhere on website? All I could see was: "Pending - This can take up to 24 hours."
