Sorry to hear this, hopefully these sailings didn't arrive late and cause you too much inconvenience. It is difficult to keep the ship's warm on cold days during the turn around as the doors to the car decks are left open - we are investigating whether the settings can be changed. In the meantime, thank you for your feedback.
