We do sincerely apologise for this, unfortunately regulations prohibit the sale of Food & Beverage items if toilets are unavailable. The has been an unprecedented problem which normally would have resulted in withdrawing the ship for repairs. However, with Red Osprey in refit we were unable to do this without cancelling sailings which would have caused huge delays.
