Service was good and delivery was prompt. Products woudl get excellent rating but suction pads are not entirely strong and have already fallen off the walls a few times.
Unfortunately the one item arrived broken but upon contact it was no problem and Red Candy sent a replacement immediately with no fuss. Great work team.
I'm ever so sorry that your order was delivered late. Your parcel was safely despatched on Monday 3rd so should have been with you on either the 4th or 5th. We chased Hermes and it looks as though they accidently routed your parcel to an incorrect courier, which resulted in your parcel being sent between a few depots before it was eventually delivered on the 7th. Again, my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this delay.
