Hi Marc, My colleague did send you an email on the 10/9/2021 however it may have gone into your junk folder. The delivery was also on Next Working Day and as you missed the cut off on the Thursday (11:00am due to being a small business) which is stated on our website, this was packaged up and fulfilled on the Friday, arriving with you on the Monday. As for the Hip attachment, we have had unusually large quantities of sales in the Hip attachment and our supplier was unable to give us exact dates on stock arrival. I completely understand your frustration with this and we are also not happy with not being able to offer our customers exact dates. We have offered to refund this part of your order however you have chosen to wait for the hips to arrive in stock. Thank you again for your feedback. As soon as we have Hips arrive in stock, we will ensure we have them to you on the Next Working Day delivery service.

Thank you for the response and your explanation. My disappointment is that you advertised the hip attachment as if it was in stock and at no point did you say it was out of stock. But not to worry.
Just on the hip attachment, you mentioned it would be about two weeks but I have had no correspondence. How is the delivery looking please?

I understand Marc and again apologise for the disappointment caused. I will check with the team and get back to you via email shortly on when we are expecting the Hips in stock
