Where is my Nursing Standard

6 weeks ago I paid for a whole year's supply of the print edition of nursing standard,. Despite emails I have not received one copy

Many thanks for your feedback. Due to the date in the month that you set up your subscription to Nursing Standard your subscription begins with the December copy. You should receive this by next week.If you do not receive it by then please let us know and we will send you a replacement.When your subscription order was processed the November issue had already been run which is why your subscription begins in December.Your subscription also includes online access to search articles from Nursing Standard plus access to 10 articles monthly from our journals.If we can help you with anything else please contact us at customerservice@rcni.com or 02920546450.
