We're sorry that you didn't enjoy your holiday or see as much wildlife as much as you had hoped on your visit to Costa Rica. We do provide a local naturalist guide on this holiday to support our tour leader, and our groups generally see a good variery of birds, mammals and reptiles up close and in their natural habitat. Thanks for taking the time to leave this feedback. If you need any further information on any of our holidays with regard to guides or the nature of what we offer, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email. Angus Russell Planning Manager

Hello again Mrs Leat - I can confirm that we have sent £200 credit notes to all participants on this holiday, including those who have not contacted us, as a recognition that this particular trip didn't operate as effectively as we had anticipated. Your letter was sent on 12 January so it should be on your doorstep when you get back from Australia. Previous groups have had some free time to swim from the beach at Cahuita following a walk through Cahuita Nat'l Park. Although snorkelling isn't specifically included in the holiday programme, we're sorry you didn't have the opportunity to swim or use your snorkelling equipment. Angus Russell Planning Manager

Thank you again for bringing this issue to our attention and we are sorry that you remain dissatisfied with the service provided. We can assure you that the safety and well-being of our guests is always our top priority. As discussed in our previous correspondence, we have taken your comments about the tour leader very seriously. Feedback from the other guests in your group has been very positive and complimentary and therefore, we do not intend to take any further action in this matter. Angus Russell Planning Manager

This is extremely pleasing to hear as we always expect our clients to be regularly updated throughout the booking process as to any relevant information regarding their specific choice of holiday. We are always on hand for our clients to assist in any possible to ensure that they return home with enjoyable lasting memories of their holiday experiences with us.
