Thanks for your feedback; it's great to hear that you enjoyed your holiday and I hope you had a good journey back home to Vancouver. All of our tour leaders are trained and qualified to lead at the holiday grade. But you're right, with us operating about 1000 individual holidays a year in over 60 countries around the world, not all of our tour leaders will necessarily have previously led a tour in your holiday destination. We do however provide our leaders with written instructions, maps as well as a briefing from a leader who has previously taken out a group in the area. If you ever have any queries about our leaders or any other aspect of a holiday you're interested in, please feel free to get in touch. Angus Russell Planning Manager

Thanks very much for getting in touch, both here and on your post-holiday feedback questionnaire. We are acutely aware of the frustration caused to solo travellers by single supplements and seek to keep these to a minimum. I'd like to assure you that we only pass on the supplements levied to us by hotels and don't profit from these charges ourselves. We are actively seeking to increase the number of sole occupancy rooms on our holidays and to reduce supplements where ever we can. Angus Russell Planning Manager
