Thank you for your thoughts on our website. I am sure you noticed it takes three clicks into a holiday to find the flight times but I agree with you it would be ideal to see this information before starting a booking. We are always working to improve the website and I will certainly pass on your observations to our IT guys. Hopefully things can be improved quickly and easily. David Kay Product Manager

Thanks very much for your feedback; we're delighted you enjoyed your holiday in Italy so much. As well as being trained and qualified, our tour leaders are a pretty resourceful bunch! We also give them a fair amount of flexibility to adjust (within boundaries) the walking and sightseeing programmes dependent on their group's interests, abilities and enthusiasms. Our leaders come from all walks of life; we have diplomats, airline pilots, university lecturers and police officers amongst the tour leading team, but with about 1000 individual holidays each year in around 60 countries we can't guarantee that they'll necessarily have previously led a tour in your holiday destination or be fluent in the local lingo. All have different personalities and leadership styles but a similar interest in showing others around the world and we hope this shines through. If you ever have any queries about our leaders or any other aspect of a holiday you're interested in, please feel free to get in touch. Angus Russell Planning Manager
