Thanks for your comments - it looks like following your booking on 1 July your booking confirmation documents were printed for despatch the following morning. Your additional insurance purchase at 4.10pm on the 2nd July was made too late for the original paperwork to be recovered from our postbag before collection at 4.30. We do try to avoid unnecessary printing (and recycle and reuse paper which has only been printed on one side for printing documents for internal use only). Thanks very much for your feedback. At the time our brochure went to press, the cruise line had anticipated being able to allow us to offer these upgrades this was advertised in good faith. Regretfully, due to limitations on the availability of these higher grade cabins, the cruise line subsequently had to withdraw this opportunity to upgrade on both your original and second choice of holiday. We're sorry for the delay in confirming your booking as we liaised with the cruise line and tried to obtain the anticipated upgraded cabin, however we are delighted you've decided to travel and are now looking forward to your cruise.
