We informed you on 30 July that the room was available and the booking was confirmed on that day. Your payment was taken on 30 July and your Confirmation Invoice and documents were posted the next day. We trust these have now been received. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the walking, food and accommodation at Hassness Country House. We do not automatically send additional booking documents to clients.
