Thank you for your feedback. As noted on your confirmation invoice, we had requested twin rooms for you. The rooming list which was sent to the hotels also stated that you were booked into twin-bedded rooms. Unfortunately, once the rooming list reaches the hotels, the hoteliers are left to allocate actual rooms to clients. Often it seems they make assumptions based on guest names and gender as to whether they would prefer a double or twin room. We apologise for this and will take the matter up with our suppliers.
