Thank you for your feedback. Ramblers Worldwide Holidays send online questionnaires to clients approximately 3 days following the holiday. These are detailed forms which ask for your opinion on various aspects of the holiday. This feedback is important to us as it as highlights what we are doing well and where there may be areas for improvement. The survey sent by Feefo is a separate request. Feefo is an independent and trusted company, and all comments are available publicly through their website. Often people choose to review ratings on the Feefo site before deciding whether to book.
