Thanks very much for your feedback; we're glad that you largely enjoyed your holiday. This is one of our most popular holidays and we had two separate groups with different leaders at this centre over this Christmas period. The holiday generally receives very positive reports so I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed at a couple of aspects of your trip. Our leader had left a message at the hotel reception for early arriving clients; we're sorry that you didn't receive this and for your holiday getting off to a shaky start. We're also sorry that you were disappointed with a couple of your restaurant meals as these are often a highlight of the holiday; from feedback we've received we can only assume that this was due to the restaurants feeling the strain of accommodating both our groups and other holidaymakers over a busy festive period. If you have any concerns about the arrangements for a future holiday, please don't hestitate to give us a call. Angus Russell Planning Manager

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your holiday with us particularly as I see that you've got as far as making options on a couple of holidays in recent years. This is a holiday we’ve been running for many years, and your tour leader had previously led it without apparent difficulty and on this occasion was supported by one of our resident Portuguese leaders who was leading a second group. We recognise that there were fewer restaurants open over the festive period, but previous groups have enjoyed meals at the MP restaurant and reported the service as excellent, it is disappointing to hear that they were clearly struggling with the weight of numbers during your visits. We’re also sorry that you felt abandoned at a crossroads on your last day’s walk when half of the group wished to miss out the last section of the days walk and had an extended wait in the heat before the arrival of transport back to the hotel.
