Thank you Clare for the wonderful 5* review on our service and Curry Packs. The heat you may be getting from the mild Ma's Paretal could be from the paste that we use. Curries that have milder pastes would be curries like the Korma, Homestyle, Tikka Masala, Makhani and Balti. We recommend these curries for the whole family as the paste doesn't contain any heat. If you want to try the mild Ma's Paretal again, we'd recommend serving it with some yoghurt which will help cool down your palette. It's great to hear that your dad had the Taste of India book, do you remember any recipes in particular? 😍 We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your experience and will be ordering again, if we can help you with anything else please let us know 😊
