Thank you for your wonderful feedback! People often feel that ordering over-seas means long delivery times and costly shipping fees however, we are proud to hear we proved that isn't the case here at Quality Bearings Online. We would love to see you back in the future!

Thank you, Robert, for your honest feedback. It is great to hear constructive criticism from our customers as this helps us understand areas we need to work on within the team and how we can create a better experience for our customers. The main industry we supply to is the industrial sector, therefore our sales team are specially trained in this area. We don't frequently supply to the automotive industry therefore, it isn't something we are widely trained in currently. However, this is something we will take on board and look into in the future. In regards to the country of origin of the bearings you ordered, NSK are a world-renowned brand and they do mainly manufacture their products in Japan. On this occasion they were manufactured in Poland and India however, this will not interfere with the quality or spec of the items as everything is manufactured to the same high quality standard. We appreciate your feedback and we hope this gives you some understanding regarding the points you raised. If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to email me at: customerservice@qualitybearingsonline.com
