That was only after I woke up to a "track your delivery" msg stating my parcel was at my "safe location" at 0605hrs. When I rang about 20 times to get through to speak to a person rather than an automated msg I was finally told (after a lot of pressing on my part) that there had been "a problem with that route" and my parcel would be delivered the following morning. After I explained that was a) not what I had paid for and b) that I needed the parcel that day as I was at work the next day, they agreed to add it to a route that afternoon, saying it would be with me "at lunchtime".
