Initial quoted premium was was subsequently reduced at my request.

When quoting for my policy they encouraged me to contact them if I believed the quoted premium was uncompetitive. I did so and my premium was subsequently reduced to very satisfactory amount.

Always helpful, been with them for a few years as others wouldn’t insure due to flood risk - even though geographically it can’t flood! Never claimed so can’t give an opinion on that
