I can confirm that we did supply all necessary paperwork for the main delivery of your lanyards as we were advised by our courier to supply the paperwork, for whatever reason the courier missed that paperwork making the delivery take longer than anticipated so i can only apologise for that. But please note we ship to all locations around the world and have never incurred issues like this delivery, so again please take my apologies for the delay in your delivery, but i hope the lanyards themselves go down well and we are more than happy to help you on your next order :)
